Light weight solar/battery

 Light weight tubular or aluminium beam structure. Some strength needed to support batteries. 700 Watt + motor

 Mounted solar cells charging battery, possibly a small engine and generator to make a hybrid.   Unit should be modular to allow operation in multiple modes, for example temove the engine generator module for use elsewhere allowing pure battery operation. or in lightweight mode on just solar.
